When we surf a wave we are relating to more than just water moving in various different ways and shapes. Waves are pure energy in liquid state which can provoke pleasure or fear, joy or frustration, victory or defeat but always a feeling of interior well-being at the end of a surf day. This direct relationship with nature and its countless sensations make surfing something so unique and special that only someone who surfs is capable of feeling it. This has been our passion for over 20 years and it is a very important part of our lives. Making it possible for other people to discover this new experience and prepare them to deal with the sea in its various conditions, led us to open the “Guincho Surf School” in the summer of 2000.
